Aim
The aim of the course is to independently collect and analyze the results for the project. These first results are the basis for the planning of the next steps of the thesis project.
Course objectives
Having completed the course, the students are expected to be able to:
- be conversant with theoretical or experimental methods that are central for the scientific project
- have developed the ability to be able to analyze, evaluate and communicate the results from a basis of the theoretical and experimental knowledge
Content
The student will continue to work on the results from the course Chemistry MA, Scientific Project I, 15 credits and realize further parts of the individual thesis project, which could be theoretical, field-based or experimental methods for data collection.

Selection rules and procedures
The selection process is in accordance with the Higher Education Ordinance and the local order of admission.
Teaching form
Supervised theoretical, experimental or field-based research according to a work plan established in cooperation with the supervisor.
Examination form
15 hp, R101: Written report
Grading: A, B, C, D, E, Fx och F. A-E is Pass, Fx and F is Fail.

Grading system
Seven-grade scale, A, B, C, D, E, Fx and F. Fx and F represent fail levels.
