Open to nominate research projects for IVA's 100 list
Now the application to the Kungl. The Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences' (IVA) 100 list is open. This year's theme is innovation through interdisciplinarity.
IVA's 100 list aims to highlight research that benefits the business community and the general public, and to make it easier for companies and researchers to find each other and together create new business opportunities. Mid Sweden University has had several projects on the list before.
"The list is getting a lot of attention in the country and it is therefore a very good opportunity to spread what our talented researchers are doing and how good research projects there are at Mid Sweden University," says Vice-Chancellor Anders Fällström.
For this year's list, IVA is looking for research projects with an interdisciplinary focus on, for example, climate change, recycling and digitalisation. The researchers and research teams who are applied for must be based in the disciplinary domain of technology or economics at a Swedish higher education institution or research institute. They will also work interdisciplinarily to solve burning societal problems and strengthen the competitiveness of the business community.
The application must be submitted no later than 15 August 2024. The list will be published in November.
