Reorganisation of the administration and a new operational plan
On 27 February, it was decided on a new operational plan for the administration and that procurement, operational planning, internal governance and follow-up will be co-organised under the Division of Finance.
The positions of Operations Controller, Procurement Officer and Head of Planning will be transferred organisationally to the Division of Finance from the Vice Chancellor´s Office . The diary and archive services will be transferred to the Division of Infrastructure. The new organisation applies from 1 March 2024.
A decision has also been made to draw up a new operational plan for the administration. It contains objectives, areas for development and a description of the administration's activities based on the departments' areas of responsibility.
