Digital Workplace

The Division of Infrastructure is responsible for providing a digital workplace which enables Mid Sweden University employees and students to perform their work both on campus and elsewhere.

The service includes:

Students

• Provides distance solutions
• Remote Lab (remote connections to specific data rooms)
• Virtual apps (Private cloud for student software)

Staff members

• Computer (PC/MAC)
• Staff and student accounts and authorisation management
• Standard software for the workplace
• Infrastructure of IT services
• Open computer rooms for students and management of institutionally owned computer labs
• Advice, support and support in IT-related matters
