Aim
The aim of the course is to take an interdisciplinary approach to the practice of magazine design. Students learn how to create illustrative layouts that visually communicate with typography, images and photographs.
Course objectives
After passing the course, the student must:
- be able to assume roles and responsibilities in a design team
- have basic knowledge in magazine design and magazine photography
- be aware of the interplay between the importance of graphic elements in magazines
- be able to produce magazine pages
- know the magazine format, typography, color and detail System

The course consists of lectures, seminars, practical workshops and critiques.
Attendance is required at certain lectures and exercises, as well as all seminars and critiques.

I100: Assignment 1, 2 Credits

I200: Assignment 2, 4 Credits
Grade scale: Seven-grade scale, A, B, C, D, E, Fx and F. Fx and F represent fail levels.
S100: Seminar, 1.5 Credits
