Electrical Engineering MA, Sensors and Instrumentation, 7.5 Credits

This course is structured in order to provide the students with a deep understanding of the working principles and design of different types of sensors, using a wide range of physical sensing principles. The acquired knowledge in this course should enable the students to select the most suitable type of sensor for a given measurement situation. The students should also understand the physical and technological limitations for a given type of sensor.
