Business Administration Ma, Effective Leadership and Business Ethics, 7.5 Credits
The course deals partly with classical and contemporary leadership theories, partly with contemporary knowledge about what leaders/managers really do. Particular attention is directed to the practical application of the theories. In addition to this the course deals with theories about business ethics and their importance for leaders/managers and co-workers.
