The purpose of the course: the student should acquire an understanding of leadership in an organizational context on the basis of theories and empirical studies in the field. A particular focus will be on the importance of communication in leadership. Students should develop their capacity for critical analysis through independent gathering and evaluating knowledge on a course relevant topic.
