Pre‑study about attractive residential areas in connection with large sustainable establishments

The overall purpose of the feasibility study is to identify factors and map the conditions for how an attractive new residential area can be created in Söråker in Timrå municipality.

The feasibility study will be based on the following research questions:

• What values are there in Söråker according to the residents in the area?
• How do the residents identify themselves as Söråkersbo?
• How do the residents of Söråker view the future development?
• What success factors, in terms of attractiveness, can be identified for new housing establishments?
• What challenges, in terms of attractiveness, can be identified for new housing establishments?
