National Health Innovation Research School
The main objective of the research school is therefore to increase competence and capacity for research on the development, implementation, and dissemination of digital health technology solutions.
The research school is a joint effort of seven Swedish universities and their partners with the shared ambition to improve healthcare quality and strengthen the innovativeness of the healthcare system in Sweden, in which both industry and public sector plays an important role. As digitalization continues to transform the fundamental conditions and opportunities for healthcare and industry, keeping up with these developments requires new knowledge, inspiration and innovation. The Health Innovation research school will develop knowledge and understanding that equip participants and stakeholders in the health innovation ecosystem to realize the positive effects of digitalization through improving knowledge and capacity for implementation, quality improvement and innovation.
Through enhanced collaboration with business and public sector partners to improve their preparedness to support and facilitate the ongoing transformation of the healthcare system.
