Transgressing occupational choices

How do young people look upon the choices they have regarding their future working life? Does it differ between Sweden and Norway and between men and women?

This is to be investigated through a questionnaire study. These results will then be used in a discussion with various stake holders about possible activities to form the basis for a bigger project. This with the aim at counteracting mental barriers that risk to limit transgressing choices regarding gender, entrepreneurship, and the geographical mobility in the region.
