Nina Kjeøy is leading the recruitment project "LæreriNord". The recruitmentwork that is done through "LæreriNord" is also highlighted  of the Ministry of Education and Research in their strategy document "More teachers in kindergarten and school. Strategy for recruitment to teacher education and the teaching profession 2024-2030".
